Sound and Lighting Systems

When you choose L.A. Deejay Sound for your event, you don't just get a DJ. You are receiving over fifteen years of experience, DJ/MC, professional sound system, lighting system to preference, cordless microphone, extensive music collection, and complete coordination of all activities during your event. Everything you need so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

When selecting a sound system, please note that our standard sound system is appropriate for most smaller events. Upgrades are necessary when entertaining larger groups (over 125 people), are holding the event outdoors, or if you are entertaining a predominantly younger crowd that demands a more full-range sound with better bass.

When selecting a lighting system, it's important to keep in mind that if you plan to have dancing, lighting enhances the dancing experience and encourages people to dance that might not otherwise be inclined to participate.

SOUND SYSTEM CHOICES:
Standard Sound System	1. Our Standard Sound System, which includes JBL's latest EON powered speakers on stands. They're a professional speaker with 15" woofers and plenty of punch and sound, and currently the industry standard among mobile DJs. -- Recommended for: Groups of less than 125 people. Includes full service noted above, including DJ/MC, wireless microphone, large music collection and interraction to preference.
Deluxe Sound System	2. Our Deluxe Sound System, which includes JBL Cabaret Series 3-way speakers with 18" woofers. This is a bi-amplified system with extra sound enhancements. These speakers are larger and sit on the floor. They also have more bass, which is an option per your preference. -- Recommended for: Larger groups up to 200 people, or groups looking for more full body sound with plenty of bass. Includes full service noted above, including DJ/MC, wireless microphone, large music collection and interraction to preference.
Premium Sound System	3. Our Premium Sound System, which includes all the sound of the Deluxe Sound System above, also includes Cerwin-Vega bass cabinets as sub-woofers, for a total of 2000 watts of bi-amplified sound. -- Recommended for: Large groups of more than 150 people that big sound with lots of bass, or for larger rooms or outdoor events where additional sound is necessary or desired. This system is strongly recommended for most company holiday parties, school dances and other large events. Includes full service noted above, including DJ/MC, wireless microphone, large music collection and interraction to preference.

DANCE LIGHTING SYSTEM OPTIONS
No Lighting System	0. No Lighting System.
Basic Lighting System	1. Basic Lighting System. This lighting system includes four (4) par cans with colors of blue, green, purple and fuscha that chase to the music. They are also dimmable for the appropriate ambiance. This lighting is mounted on a light stand. Recommended for small events where ultra-conservative lighting is required.
Deluxe Lighting System	2. Deluxe Lighting System. This lighting system is the same as the Basic Lighting System (described in #1 above), but adds virtego lighting effects. The virtegos have 30 lights that dance around the floor and room. Note: The beams, as pictured left, are not actually visible, but rather, only the lights dancing around the dance floor, which make a great effect. To see the beams as displayed in the picture, fog is required -- an option of the Ultra-Deluxe Lighting System below. Recommended for small events where semi-conservative dance lighting is required.
Ultra-Deluxe Lighting System Recommended!	3. Ultra-Deluxe Lighting System. This lighting system is the same as the Deluxe Lighting System (described in #2 above), but adds color gem lighting effects, which appear like small, flickering lasers, and also provides the option for fog which illuminates the beams of all lighting effects (as displayed in the Deluxe and Ultra-Deluxe lighting pictures). Recommended for events that want some good lighting effects, but still budget concious.
Mini-Club System	4. Mini-Club Lighting System. This lighting system is similar to the Ultra-Deluxe Lighting System (described in #3 above), but adds additional lighting effects including floods and optional mirror ball, and is mounted on a 6 foot truss. The truss has a bit more "presence" than the smaller light stand, but can be raised for better lighting effect. Recommended for events that include younger groups that want great lighting.
Ultra- Mini-Club System	5. Ultra-Mini-Club Lighting System. This lighting system is similar to the Mini-Club Lighting System, but includes intelligent lighting (multi-gobo, multi-color scanners) for the ultra club effect. Recommended for small to medium sized events that want to heat up the dancing later with more of a club atmosphere. Awesome lighting effects in a still small package. All lights are mounted on 6 foot truss. Recommended for events that include younger groups that want great lighting.
Standard Club System"	6. Standard Club Lighting System. This lighting system is similar to the Mini-Club Lighting System above, but includes a full 18 foot truss and additional special-effect lighting incuding twice as many par cans, black lighting and a laser-effect crocodile. Fog is included, and a mirror ball is optional. Recommended for larger events that came to party! This lighting system is like nothing else in town.
Premium Club System	7. Premium Club Lighting System. This lighting system is similar to the Standard Club Lighting System, but also includes the intelligent lighting of the Ultra-Mini-Club Lighting above -- the ultimate light show for those that want the full club experience. Recommended for larger events, including holiday parties and school dances, that want to start out conservative and progress into a night of dancing in Southern California's ultimate mobile club -- far exceeding your guests wildest imaginations. Your guests will talk about your party for years to come.
