Santa Barbara Sounds will meet with you in advance to discuss your vision for the perfect wedding, and plan the various formalities that you wish to have included during the reception. We will then coordinate all formalities and events during your reception, and work with your caterer, photographer and/or videographer to ensure that everything runs smoothly -- from having glasses ready for a toast, or making sure cameras are ready to capture the memories of your formalties on film and tape.

We can include all the traditional formalities during your reception, or you can choose to customize the reception to fit your personality. Traditional formalities include:
